Cancelling an Order Prior to Dispatch
You are entitled to cancel an order within 24 hours from the time it was placed or before the shipment process begins, whichever occurs first.

Orders That Have Been Dispatched
Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, after delivery, you may still opt to return the item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Changes to Orders
