Order Processing & Packaging Details 

Processing Time:  Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. 
 

Careful Packaging:  Each product is securely packed to preserve its condition and quality throughout the journey. 
 

Non-Processing Days: Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays. 
 

Shipping Updates:  Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details for easy order monitoring. 
 

Reliable Delivery Partners:  We collaborate with trusted courier services to ensure a seamless delivery experience. 
 

Verification Delays: I n rare cases, certain orders may require additional verification, which could slightly delay dispatch.

Delivery Timeframes 

Standard deliveries generally take 3–8 business days, depending on the destination. While we strive to meet these timelines, unexpected delays due to logistics or external factors may occasionally occur. In such cases, our support team will proactively keep you updated and offer assistance. 

In Case of Missed Deliveries 

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will make up to two additional attempts. After three failed delivery attempts, the order will be returned to us. 
 

If you’d like the order to be re-shipped, you can make a request. However, additional shipping charges may apply. To avoid such instances, please ensure that the delivery address and contact details are accurate and that someone is available to receive the package. 

Handling Damaged or Lost Shipments 

Should your order arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting photographs for verification. Based on the situation, we will offer either a replacement or a refund. 
 

In cases of lost shipments, we will coordinate with our courier partners to thoroughly investigate and resolve the issue. We take every precaution to ensure your order is securely packaged to minimize transit risks. 

Special Attention for Premium Clothes 

Certain premium clothing items—such as tailored suits, delicate fabrics, or designer apparel—require special care during transit. Specific handling instructions (if any) will be mentioned on the respective product pages.
